Employee Requested Schedule Change. ‌ Notwithstanding Section 6.7, if an employee requests in writing a change in schedule for the employee’s own convenience and the request is approved, the employee shall waive overtime resulting from the schedule change as long as the total number of hours does not exceed eighty (80) in any one pay period.

  • Employee Resignation (a) Unless otherwise agreed by the Employer and an Employee, an Employee other than a probationary Employee may resign at any time by giving a minimum of four weeks' written notice to the Employer.

  • Leave Request 1. The employee will provide notice to the University that includes the anticipated dates of absence and the type of leave the employee wishes to use during the absence. When the request for leave is for medical reasons, the employee will also provide a doctor’s statement to the University.
