Employee Representation Right Sample Clauses

Employee Representation Right. An employee may request a Union representative be present to advise and/or assist the employee during any investigation meeting in which the employee is being questioned relative to alleged misconduct of the employee. Upon the request of the employee, the purpose of the investigation will be explained.
