Manager will hire, train, promote, supervise, direct the work of and discharge its own staff and personnel in order to provide project management and Project Related Services pursuant to this Agreement.   • Terms of Employment 8.01 Terms and conditions of employment including wages, insured benefits and pension, vacation entitlement, sick leave and long term disability benefits of employees transferred as a result of an integration shall be addressed through the process set out under PSLRTA or the OLRA, if applicable. The Local HRAP shall address transition issues related to disabled employees (short term or long term) of the Predecessor Employer, including those on WSIA benefits and modified work programs, who may be affected by the integration.

  • Exclusive Employment During employment with the Company, Executive will not do anything to compete with the Company’s present or contemplated business, nor will he plan or organize any competitive business activity.   • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment.   • Hiring of Employees Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date.
