Concessions Given current market conditions, the State is very interested in acquiring market concessions for this transaction. Any concessions, especially the timing of such, will be a major factor in assessing proposals received. Concessions may include reduced rent, free rent, moving allowances or any other item you are willing to incorporate into the proposal. Clearly a combination of these items may be included also.
Employee Contributions (a) Each participant shall be allowed to contribute on a bi-weekly basis up to an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the Participant’s wage. Such bi-weekly wage deductions shall be in increments of one percent (1%) and shall be contributed to the Participant’s account. The participant may contribute on a pre-tax, after-tax, Xxxx basis or any combination.
No Concession This Agreement is not a concession by HHS that CHCS is not in violation of the HIPAA Rules and not liable for civil money penalties.
SCOPE OF CONCESSION A. Concessionaire shall be granted, under a Concession Agreement (“Agreement”), the non- exclusive, revocable right to dispense food, non-alcoholic beverages, and novelties (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Operation”) at Belleplain State Forest. Concessionaire’s operation shall be limited to the structure(s) or area(s) provided by Department for concession purposes and specifically designated in Exhibit A (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Premises”).
Sick Leave Donations Employees in the Unit as well as officers above the rank of sergeant and other non-bargaining unit employees in the Police Department may donate sick leave for the purpose of providing authorized sick leave to any Unit member who has exhausted all accrued annual, compensatory and sick leave. Sick leave means leave earned under Section A. of this Article. The procedures governing donation of sick leave followed in implementing the Sick Leave Donor Program established by the predecessor Agreement between the parties shall remain in effect, except as provided in Section P of this Article. Where the FOP has an established leave donation agreement with another bargaining unit within Xxxxxxxxxx County, the employer agrees to honor the agreement pursuant to the applicable contractual requirements of the bargaining unit and transfer sick leave as requested. The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Employee Coverage For employee dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the employee premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual employee premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2019, the minimum employee contribution shall be thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13.50) per month.
