An employee shall have the right to review his or her personnel file at any time upon reasonable notice to the Company and to obtain a copy of any document contained therein. The Company shall not introduce as evidence in any Arbitration or Labour Board Hearing, any document from an employee's file the existence of which he/she was not aware.
