Common use of Employee Access to Personnel File Clause in Contracts

Employee Access to Personnel File. An employee shall have access to their own personnel folder, upon reasonable notice. Inspection shall occur at a time and in a manner acceptable to the employee and Employer. The employee may be accompanied by a FOP/OLC representative at such inspection. The Chief of Police (or designee) may be present during the review.
