Eligibility and personal data. You may use the Service or Game only if you are a "natural person" and legally of age to enter into such an agreement according to the laws of your country. If you have not attained the age of majority, you are obliged to obtain the necessary permission in the form required by law from the parents or other legal representatives. No child under the age of 13 is allowed to play the Game or use the Service and minimum age may vary, depending on your country. By registering an Account on the Service and/or accessing or using it, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Subject to the laws of your country of residence, minor children may play a Game with a parent or legal guardian's permission so long as the parent or legal guardian consents and accepts full responsibility for the conduct of the child. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

  • Customer Information and Release Authorization Throughout this Agreement, you authorize Clearview Energy or its agents to obtain and review information from credit-reporting agencies regarding your credit history and information from the Utility relating to you and your account that includes, but is not limited to: account name and number; billing history; payment history; rate classification; historical and future electricity usage; meter readings; and characteristics of electricity service. Clearview Energy will not provide or sell such information to any other party without your consent unless required to do so by law, or it is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement. Clearview Energy reserves the right to reject your enrollment, or terminate this Agreement, in the event you rescind these authorizations.

  • YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION When using established banking relationships to send your transfer, personal information about you contained in the transaction may be provided to overseas authorities and the beneficiary bank in order to comply with applicable legal obligations and prevent crime. This may include a transfer of your personal data outside the EEA. This information may include your full name, address, date of birth and account number.
