Eligibility and Employment. The person(s) serving as the Manager must be an employee of a Party at all times during that person’s tenure as the Manager. The Manager shall not be considered an employee of the CISC. The Board may hire an employee of the CISC under terms written and negotiated by the Board to perform the duties of the Manager under the supervision and direction of the Board.
