When dismounting vehicles and mobile equipment (includes over the road vehicles), the power is to be shut off and vehicle placed in park. The following are exempt from these rules, but require chocks to be in place if the vehicle is running and the cab is not occupied: Vacuum / Pumper Trucks, Concrete trucks, vehicles used to load roll-offs and others authorized by an Alcoa Responsible Person. In order for a pedestrian to get within 3 feet or closer of a vehicle or its load, the engine is to be turned off. Additional mobile equipment rules and requirement are provided in SH-121 of the Xxxxxxx Operations Health and Safety Rules (See your Alcoa Project Leader for a copy of the rules, if needed).   • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.

Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
