Effective Date; Termination Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions:
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, this Contract shall continue through the Contract End Date. Effective Date of Termination Executive’s employment will terminate on the 30th day after Executive gives written notice to the Company stating that Executive is resigning his employment with the Company for any reason other than Good Reason, unless the Company waives in writing all or part of this notice period (in which case the termination of employment is effective as of the date of the waiver).
Contract Termination Date This contract terminates upon the earliest occurrence of the following:
EFFECTIVE DATE, TERMINATION, AND RENEWAL 17.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of May, AD., 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect until the thirtieth (30th) day of April, AD., 2022 and thereafter from year to year unless terminated upon written notice of either party within one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any anniversary of the terminal date.
Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.
Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.
Effective Date; Term This Agreement shall become effective on the date of its execution and shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust or the Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Fund. The aforesaid requirement that this Agreement may be continued "annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.
