Franchisee shall file an application for such approval with the NY PSC within sixty (60) days after the date hereof.

This Franchise shall become effective on the date that the NY PSC issues a certificate of confirmation for this Franchise (the “Effective Date”), following its approval by the LFA’s governing authority authorized to grant franchises and its acceptance by the Franchisee.
