Contract Effective Date. This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.
Contract Effective Date. This Contract shall become effective when the first payment instalment as per Art 10.2 letter a) has been cashed by FINC. In the event that the first payment will not be made for whatever reason, within 30 calendar days from the signature of this Contract, FINC will have the right to update Terms and Conditions of this Contract.
Contract Effective Date. This Business Associate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the State of Vermont Agency of Human Services, operating by and through its Vermont Department of Corrections (“Covered Entity”) and Party identified in this Agreement as Contractor or Grantee above (“Business Associate”). This Agreement supplements and is made a part of the contract or grant (“Contract or Grant”) to which it is attached. Covered Entity and Business Associate enter into this Agreement to comply with the standards promulgated under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), including the Standards for the Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information, at 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 (“Privacy Rule”), and the Security Standards, at 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 (“Security Rule”), as amended by Subtitle D of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), and any associated federal rules and regulations. The parties agree as follows:
Contract Effective Date. The date that the Contract has been fully executed by the Contractor and by the Commonwealth and all approvals required by Commonwealth contracting procedures have been obtained.

Contract Effective Date. The beginning and ending dates, respectively, of the negotiated agreement shall be July 1 of the initial contract year under the agreement and June 30 of the final contract year under the agreement. The Board of Education also agrees, should negotiations not be completed by June 30 of the final year of the contract, to extend Health and Dental insurance coverage until the following September 15 – the subsequent seventy-seven (77) day period of time following the June 30 expiration date of the contract.
Contract Effective Date. The date this Contract is signed by the parties.
Contract Effective Date. The contract shall at a minimum include the following in relation to the effective date of the contract. The effective date of any [Provider] added under this [Agreement] shall be the later of the effective date of this [AGREEMENT] or the date by which the [Provider’s] enrollment as a Medicaid enrolled provider is effective within NC Tracks or successor NC Medicaid provider enrollment system(s).
Contract Effective Date. (1) The contract will be effective three years after signature of both parties.
