Public Access Interconnection. The Franchisee shall effectuate the interconnection of any Public Access Channel facilities with the Cable System for purposes of transmitting the Public Access Channels contemplated in this Article 8 in accordance with the terms of the CAO Agreements (as hereinafter defined).
