Public Access Video on Demand and High Definition. In addition to, and not in lieu of, the re- quirements described above in Sections 8.1.7.3 and 8.1.7.4, to the extent that Franchisee and the CAO have agreed pursuant to separate agreement that Franchisee will provide video on demand and/or high definition, such agreements by Franchisee shall be considered obligations of Franchisee hereunder as if expressly included herein.
