Effective Date of this Lease; Duration of Lease Term. (a) This Lease shall be effective when delivered on the date of issuance of the Bond. The initial term hereof (the “Initial Term”), shall expire at 11:59 p.m., Xxxxxx County, Georgia time, on September 1, 2017.

This Lease shall become effective upon its delivery and the leasehold interest created by this Lease shall then begin, and, subject to the other provisions of this Lease (including particularly Articles X, XI, and XII hereof), shall expire at midnight, December 1, 2015, or if at said time and on said date Payment in Full of the Series 2000A Bonds shall not have been made, then on such date as such payment shall have been made.
Effective Date of this Lease; Duration of Lease Term. The agreements contained in this Lease shall become effective and the Agreement Term shall begin as of the dated date hereof. The Lease Term shall not commence until the Date of Beneficial Occupancy. Unless sooner terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, this Lease and the Lease Term shall expire at midnight on the tenth anniversary of the thirty-first day of December of the year immediately following the year in which the Date of Beneficial Occupancy occurs; provided, however, if for any reason the entire Project has not been transferred to the Lessee pursuant to Article XI hereof, then the Lease Term shall continue until such Project has been so transferred (such period after the Stated Termination Date shall herein be called the "Extended Lease Term").

The term of this Lease shall expire at 11:59 p.m., Xxxxxxx County, Georgia time, on December 31, of the tenth (10th) year following the completion of the last Phase of the Project completed by the Company pursuant to the Economic Development Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Lease permitting earlier termination or extension (including particularly Articles X and XI hereof). Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Lease, those covenants and obligations that by the provisions hereof are stated to survive the expiration or termination of this Lease shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Lease, those covenants and obligations that by the provisions hereof are stated to survive the expiration or termination of this Lease shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Lease, those covenants and obligations that by the provisions hereof are stated to survive the expiration or termination of this Lease shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

This Lease shall become effective upon its delivery and shall be in full force and effect until midnight, July 1, 2017 subject to the provisions of this Lease permitting earlier termination or extension of the Lease Term (including particularly Articles X and XI), or if the Bonds have not been paid or retired, until such date as such payment or provision shall have been made; provided, however, that the covenants and obligations expressed herein to so survive shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

This Lease shall become effective upon its delivery (the “Commencement Date”) and the leasehold interest created by this Lease shall begin on the Completion Date, and, subject to the other provisions of this Lease (including particularly Articles X, XI, and XII hereof), shall expire at midnight, on December 31 in the year following the tenth anniversary of the Completion Date (the “Termination Date”), or if at said time and on said date Payment in Full of the Bonds shall not have been made, then on such date as such payment shall have been made, but in no event later than the date that is four years following the Termination Date.
