EEO Policy Statement. The EEO Policy Statement is documentation of a contractor’s policy of non-discrimination in accordance with federal and State laws. The EEO Policy Statement must: be submitted to Recipient’s MBO as part of any bid proposal; include language as defined above (see Required Terms for Project Contracts and Subcontracts – EEO Policy Statement definition); and be signed by each potential bidder. The EEO Policy Statement can be found in the required forms section of this document and on EFC’s website at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/xxxx (Refer to Prime Contractor & Subcontractor folder).

The Contractor and subcontractors shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities without discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or marital status. For these purposes, affirmative action shall apply in the areas of recruitment, employment, job assignment, promotion, upgradings, demotion, transfer, layoff, or termination and rates of pay or other forms of compensation.

Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.
