Dissemination of Policy. All employees shall receive either a copy of information sheets prepared by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing or a copy of District information sheets which set forth, at a minimum, the following information:

Either this Policy or the important provisions of this policy shall be disseminated to all functional and operational employees and other concerned persons of the Company and shall be hosted on the website and annual report of the Company. Dissemination of Policy. The County has disseminated or will disseminate this DBE Policy statement to the Commissioners and all departments and divisions of the County. The City has disseminated or will disseminate this DBE Policy statement to the Mayor and all departments and divisions of the City. This DBE Policy statement also shall be distributed to DBEs and non-DBE business communities that currently perform, or have performed, work for the County or the City on DOT-assisted contracts by publishing this statement in general circulation, minority-focused and trade association publications, by electronic or regular mail to local disadvantaged business development organizations and by posting a copy of this DBE Policy statement on the County’s website and the City’s website.
