Equal Employment Opportunities. 10.2.1 The parties are committed to the principle of implementation of equality of employment opportunity. All terms and conditions of employment are to be implemented on that basis and in particular noting the requirements of sections 597 and 600 Education and Training Act 2020.
Equal Employment Opportunities. Licensee affirms that the Equal Employment Opportunity provisions required by law, regulation or executive order to be incorporated in this Agreement as set forth in a Compliance Undertaking prepared by Licensor have been read and signed by Licensee, and that the said Compliance Undertaking has been delivered to Licensor. Such Compliance Undertaking shall continue in effect until specifically withdrawn in writing by Licensee (Exhibit F).
Equal Employment Opportunities. (a) The Contractor shall submit an EEO policy statement to NYSERDA within seventy two (72) hours after the date of the notice by NYSERDA to award the Contract to the Contractor. If Contractor or Subcontractor does not have an existing EEO policy statement, Contractor or Subcontractor may adopt the model statement provided as Attachment 1 – Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises And Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement. Contractor hereby agrees that this policy shall remain in full force and effect during the performance of this Agreement.
Equal Employment Opportunities. The provisions of Section 77D of the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 0000 shall apply. (See Appendix A).
Equal Employment Opportunities. Neither the employer nor the union will engage in conduct that would constitute unlawful discrimination under the National Labor Relations Act. Union activities shall not interfere with the normal operations of the Employer. Neither the Employer nor the Union shall discriminate for or against any employee because of race, creed, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, veteran status, political affiliation, marital status, or in violation of any city, state or federal laws.
Equal Employment Opportunities. A. The provisions of Article 15-A of the Executive Law and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to equal employment opportunities for minority group members and women shall apply to all landlords, licensors, permittors, tenants, lessees, licensees and permittees, and any subcontractors, awarded a subcontract over $25,000 for labor, services, including legal, financial and other professional services, travel, supplies, equipment, materials, or any combination of the foregoing, to be performed for, or rendered or furnished to, the contracting State agency (hereinafter referred to as the “EEO Work”) except where the EEO Work is for the beneficial use of the Landlord, Licensor, Permittor, Tenant, Lessee, Licensee or Permittee.

The Lessee agrees that during the Lease Term; (a) it will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, place of birth, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, veteran and disability status and will take definitive action to assure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to race, creed, color, place of birth, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, veteran and disability status; (b) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices, the form of which is to be provided by the Lessor, setting forth provisions for this nondiscrimination clause; (c) in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Lessee shall state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed color or national origin; and
Equal Employment Opportunities. Xxxxxx University affirms the principles of EEO and will promote policies and practices throughout the University to ensure EEO in all crucial employment processes especially those concerning staff appointments, promotions, and career development. The employer will provide opportunities for training in EEO for staff, and monitor EEO aspects of the processes involving staff appointments, promotion and career development.
Equal Employment Opportunities. The Municipality and the Union mutually agree to support and promote both the letter and the spirit of federal, state and local laws providing for equal employment opportunity. The Parties agree that all persons shall have equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, creed, sex, national origin, handicap status, marital status, membership or non- membership in a labor organization, and within the framework of law regarding age discrimination. Claims under this Article shall not be a violation of this Agreement nor subject to the grievance procedure contained herein.
