Education Services Restrictions. Except for the specific rights granted to Customer under the terms of this Agreement, Customer may not (i) modify, copy or create derivative works based on the Education Services or BMC Academy; (ii) create Internet “links” to or reproduce any content forming part of the Education Services; (iii) disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile BMC Academy, the Education Services or parts thereof, or access it in order to copy any ideas, features, content, functions or graphics of the Education Services or BMC Academy; (iv) distribute, rent, lease, sublicense or provide the Education Services or BMC Academy to any third party or use it in a service bureau, outsourcing environment, or for the processing of third party data; (v) disclose, whether verbally, in writing or any other media, the contents of Exams published by BMC Education Services; (vi) copy, distribute, forward, or record the Exam questions or responses, by any means which includes the use of screen captures; (vii) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Education Services or BMC Academy (e.g., load, performance, or stress testing); (viii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortuous material, or send or store material in violation of any third party’s privacy rights via the Education Services or BMC Academy; (ix) send or store viruses or malicious code via the Education Services or BMC Academy; (x) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Education Services or BMC Academy or its related software, systems, platforms or networks including any form of security and/or penetration testing; or (xi) use any components provided with the Education Services separately from the Education Services; (xii) register more than once to each training course included within an Education Services Subscription; (xiii) receive more than one order of lab days or eBooks when a course is available as ASP and instructor-led for the same product and version within an Education Services Subscription. Virtual lab time and eBooks for the same product and version within a Subscription are limited to one copy only available with the first registration onto either the ASP or instructor-led course in a Subscription.

  • Education services 1.1 Catholic education is intrinsic to the mission of the Church. It is one means by which the Church fulfils its role in assisting people to discover and embrace the fullness of life in Xxxxxx. Catholic schools offer a broad, comprehensive curriculum imbued with an authentic Catholic understanding of Xxxxxx and his teaching, as well as a lived appreciation of membership of the Catholic Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Transition Services Agreement Seller shall have executed and delivered the Transition Services Agreement.

  • Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.
