EASEMENT DOCUMENTATION REPORT. The parties acknowledge that the Baseline Documentation Report, dated , 2013, a copy of which is on file at the office of the Grantee, which was prepared by Grantee, executed by both Grantor and Grantee, and, to the best of Grantor’s and Grantee’s knowledge, accurately and completely describes the uses, structures, Conservation Values and condition of the Property as of the date hereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD this Conservation Easement unto Grantee and its successors and assigns, together with all and singular rights, members and appurtenances thereof to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the only property use, benefit and behoove of Grantee forever. The covenants agreed to and the terms, conditions, restrictions and purposes imposed as aforesaid shall be binding upon Grantor and also his personal representatives, heirs, executors, administers, successors and assigns, and shall continue as an easement and servitude running in perpetuity with the Property.
