Documentation License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Service Term for Customer’s internal purposes in connection with its use of the Flock Services as contemplated herein.

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Provider hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Client's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, DebtBook grants to Customer and Customer’s Authorized Users a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as permitted by these Terms) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer’s and its Authorized User’s internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.
Documentation License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Provider hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferable license for Authorized Users to use the Documentation during the Term solely for your internal business purposes in connection with use of the Cloud Services.

Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-transferable, nonexclusive, world-wide license to use any materials and documentation that Licensor may provide with the Licensed Software (the “Documentation”), if any, solely in connection with Licensee’s authorized use under this Agreement of the Licensed Software.

Customer will not allow any unauthorized access to, copying of, or the creation of derivative works from, the Documentation. Customer shall not remove any proprietary markings or legends placed upon or contained within the Documentation, nor add any proprietary markings or legends.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, Customer’s payment of fees to Kion, Kion hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable license during the Subscription Term to access and copy the Documentation solely for use by Authorized Users to support internal business use of the Software Platform. Customer acknowledges that no right is granted to modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, publish, create derivative works of or otherwise distribute the Documentation. Kion’s Documentation is Confidential Information.
Documentation License. Agilent hereby grants Rosetta, and Rosetta hereby grants to Agilent, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully paid up license to use Documentation internally. Either party may reproduce such Documentation only for archival purposes and must xxxx all such reproductions (other than documents which Agilent acknowledges are public) with the other's proprietary rights notices and confidential notices in such form as shall be provided one to the other.
