Documentation License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Service Term for Customer’s internal purposes in connection with its use of the Flock Services as contemplated herein.

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Provider hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Client's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, DebtBook grants to Customer and Customer’s Authorized Users a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as permitted by these Terms) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer’s and its Authorized User’s internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Provider hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferable license for Authorized Users to use the Documentation during the Term solely for your internal business purposes in connection with use of the Cloud Services.
Documentation License. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-transferable, nonexclusive, world-wide license to use any materials and documentation that Licensor may provide with the Licensed Software (the “Documentation”), if any, solely in connection with Licensee’s authorized use under this Agreement of the Licensed Software.

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, Assure Disability grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable, non-sublicensable, and royalty-free license for you to use Assure Disability- provided product and services documentation (“Documentation”) solely for your internal business purposes in connection with use of the Service or Software during the applicable Initial Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term.
Documentation License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions in the main Agreement and this Addendum, Fluidigm grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license to use the Documentation solely as necessary to exercise the license granted in Section 2.1. You are granted no right to, and You agree not to, modify or make any copies of any Documentation for any purpose unless pre-approved in advance and in writing by Fluidigm.
Documentation License. Superion hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, non- transferable license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Superion Solutions.
