DUTY SECTIONS THAT DO OPERATE AROUND-THE-CLOCK. Employees must make every reasonable effort to request sick leave, and provide information to support their request for sick leave, no less than two (2) hours prior to the beginning of their scheduled shift. When a two (2) hour advance notice is not possible, employees will ensure that notice is given at least one (1) hour prior to the beginning of their shift.
