Entities that Boycott Israel. Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.

Pursuant to Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, Service Provider certifies that either: (i) it meets an exemption criterion under Section 2270.002; or (ii) that it does not, and shall not for the duration of the contract, boycott Israel as the term is defined by 808.001(1) of the Texas Government Code.

Pursuant to Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code, PSP certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criterion under Section 2271.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. PSP shall state any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification.
Entities that Boycott Israel. Pursuant to Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2270.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract resulting from Request for Proposals No. 000-0-00000. Prior to award of this Contract, Contractor shall have stated any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification in its response to Request for Proposals No. 000-0-00000.

In contracts worth $100,000 or more in value, if Vendor is a Company as defined by Texas Government Code §808.001 with 10 or more full-time employees, and Vendor is not a sole proprietorship, Vendor represents and warrants that, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2271.002, Vendor does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of any contract executed with TWC.
