During the Pre-Construction Phase of the Project Sample Clauses

During the Pre-Construction Phase of the Project the Construction Manager shall purchase and maintain insurance set forth as follows. Without limiting any of their obligations or liabilities, the Construction Manager, at the Construction Manager‘s own expense, shall purchase and maintain for the duration of the pre-construction phase of this Contract the following stipulated minimum insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Work hereunder by the Construction Manager, its agents, representatives, employees, or subcontractors. All insurance shall be with companies duly licensed or approved unlicensed to do business in the State of Arizona with policies and forms satisfactory to the Mohave Community College (MCC). Each insurer shall have a current Best rating of not less than A:VII. Use of alternative insurers requires prior approval of MCC. Construction Manager shall include all subconsultants and subcontractors providing work during the pre-construction phase as insureds under its policies or shall furnish separate certificates of insurance and endorsements for each. All coverages for subconsultants and subcontractors shall be subject to all of the insurance requirements stated herein.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.

  • Post-Construction Phase A. Upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer, during the Post-Construction Phase, shall:

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by August 27, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).

  • COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT Section 3.01 The Project

  • During Construction Upon request of the Owner the Contractor shall submit written proposals for unit prices to be applied in the event Change Order Work is authorized by the Owner to be performed under Case (b).

  • Construction of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

  • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.
