Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period.
Employability Executive acknowledges (i) that Executive has sufficient abilities and talents to be able to obtain, upon the termination of Executive’s employment, comparable employment from another business while fully honoring and complying with the above covenants concerning confidential information and contacts with the Company’s or any of its Affiliates’ customers or employees, and (ii) the importance to the Company and its Affiliates of the above covenants. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.
