Driver Protection. Section 1: Any case of assault or sexual harassment upon a driver shall be promptly reported to the School as specified within the policies of the district. Administrative personnel shall inform the driver of his/her rights and obligation with respect to such incident and shall render reasonable assistance to the driver in connection with handling of the incident by law enforcement authorities.

Driver Protection. All student misconduct reports or safe school reports that are submitted to the Company will be forwarded to the Board. The Chief Xxxxxxx and the employee (at their request) will be notified of the outcome of the incident report (subject to the Safe School Act) which must be kept in confidence either individually or collectively.
