Notice to Union. The Employer will give the Union written notice of technological change at least three (3) months prior to the date the change is to be effected. During this period the parties will meet to discuss the steps to be taken to assist Employees who could be affected.
Notice to Union. If such a determination is made, the Appointing Authority shall provide a notice to the Union with a copy to the Office of the State Employer and the Civil Service Commission. The notice will include the reasons for exceptions, the names of affected unit employees, and the expected duration of the exception.
Notice to Union. Two (2) copies of all postings shall be sent to the designated Union representative within the aforementioned seven (7) calendar days.
Notice to Union. Each time a layoff is ordered, the County shall mail to the Union, not later than the date of service of the last notice of layoff, each seniority list by class and department in which an employee covered by this Agreement is to be laid off. Each such list shall identify the employees to be laid off and show the date of service of the notice of layoff to each employee who is to be laid off.
