Whistleblower Protections. The Party shall not discriminate or retaliate against one of its employees or agents for disclosing information concerning a violation of law, fraud, waste, abuse of authority or acts threatening health or safety, including but not limited to allegations concerning the False Claims Act. Further, the Party shall not require such employees or agents to forego monetary awards as a result of such disclosures, nor should they be required to report misconduct to the Party or its agents prior to reporting to any governmental entity and/or the public.

Whistleblower Protections. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no provision of this Agreement will be interpreted so as to impede Executive (or any other individual) from reporting possible violations of federal law or regulation to any governmental agency or entity, including but not limited to the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Congress, and any Inspector General of any United States federal agency, or making other disclosures under the whistleblower provisions of federal law or regulation. Executive does not need the prior authorization of Parent or Employer to make any such reports or disclosures, and Executive will not be required to notify Parent or Employer that such reports or disclosures have been made.

Whistleblower Protections. Nothing in this Agreement, any other agreement, or policy of the Company or its Affiliates is intended, or should be interpreted, to prohibit the Grantee from (1) reporting possible violations of federal law or regulation to any government agency or entity, (2) making any disclosures that are protected under the whistleblower provisions of federal law or regulation, or (3) otherwise cooperating with any government inquiry, in each case without advance approval by, or prior, contemporaneous, or subsequent notice to, anyone in the Company of its Affiliates.
Whistleblower Protections. The Contractor is hereby given notice that the 48 CFR section 3.908, implementing section 828, entitled “Pilot Program for Enhancement of Contractor Employee Whistleblower protections,” of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 (Pub. L. 112-239, enacted January 2, 2013) applies to this contract.

Whistleblower Protections. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or restrict Holdings, the Company or their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates, Executive or their respective attorneys from: (i) making any disclosure of relevant and necessary information or documents in any action, investigation, or proceeding relating to this Agreement, or as required by law or legal process, including with respect to possible violations of law; (ii) participating, cooperating, or testifying in any action, investigation, or proceeding with, or providing information to, any governmental agency or legislative body, any self-regulatory organization, and/or pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act; or (iii) accepting any U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission awards. In addition, nothing in this Agreement prohibits or restricts Holdings, the Company or their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates or Executive from initiating communications with, or responding to any inquiry from, any regulatory or supervisory authority regarding any good faith concerns about possible violations of law or regulation.
Whistleblower Protections. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement precludes or otherwise limits your ability to (i) communicate directly with and provide information, including documents, not otherwise protected from disclosure by any applicable law or privilege to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) or any other federal, state or local governmental agency or commission (“Government Agency”) or self-regulatory organization regarding possible legal violations, without disclosure to the Company, or (ii) disclose information which is required to be disclosed by applicable law, regulation, or order or requirement (including without limitation, by deposition, interrogatory, requests for documents, subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar process) of courts, administrative agencies, the SEC, any Government Agency or self-regulatory organizations, provided that you provide the Company with prior notice of the contemplated disclosure and cooperates with the Company in seeking a protective order or other appropriate protection of such information. The Company may not retaliate against you for any of these activities.
Whistleblower Protections. Nothing in this Agreement prohibits or restricts Employee from: (i) filing a charge or complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice or any other federal, state or local governmental agency or commission (“Government Agency”); (ii) communicating with any Government Agency or otherwise participating in any investigation or proceeding that may be conducted by any Government Agency with respect to a potential violation of law or regulation, including providing documents or other information, without notice to the Company; or (iii) receiving an award from a government-administered whistleblower award program for providing information to a Government Agency.
