DOMESTIC PREFERENCES FOR PROCUREMENTS. For participating agency purchases utilizing Federal funds, Bidder agrees to provide proof, where applicable, that the materials, including but not limited to, iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products are produced in the United States.
