Assignment Prohibited. No party to this Agreement may assign any right or obligation pursuant to this Agreement. Any attempted or purported assignment of any right or obligation pursuant to this Agreement shall be void and of no effect.
Assignment Prohibited. The services to be performed by the Consultant are personal in character and no party to this agreement may assign any right or obligation under this agreement. Any attempted or purported assignment of any right or obligation under this agreement shall be void and of no effect. However, with the consent of the City given in writing, Consultant is entitled to subcontract such portions of the work to be performed under this agreement as may be specified by City.

Assignment Prohibited. The Project Operator shall neither assign nor attempt to transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement. This activity requires the City’s prior written approval and includes a reapplication process to verify that the terms and conditions of this agreement will be met.

City has a strong interest in the qualifications and capability of the persons and entities that will fulfill the obligations imposed on Contractor under this Agreement. In recognition of this interest, Contractor shall not assign any right or obligation pursuant to this Contract without the written consent of the City. Any attempted or purported assignment without City’s written consent shall be void and of no effect.
