EASI is not responsible for the speed, reliability and/or quality of your connectivity to the Internet.

Exhibits A through G, PART TWO, PART THREE, if applicable, and all other exhibits and attachments hereto are incorporated herein in their entirety. Assignment Prohibited. Grantee acknowledges that this Agreement may not be sold, assigned, or transferred in any manner by Grantee, to include an assignment of Grantee’s rights to receive payment hereunder, and that any actual or attempted sale, assignment, or transfer by Grantee without the Prior Approval of Grantor in writing shall render this Agreement null, void and of no further effect.

Access to Internet. Structural cable system of the Building is used for distribution of access to Internet. Active equipment of the commutation center is installed in the central commutation room.

You confirm that you have regular access to the Internet and consent to us providing you with information about us and our services (including market information), our costs and charges and our Notices by email or by posting such information on our Website or on our Trading Platform. You acknowledge that in the event that you are unable for any reason whatsoever to place a trade or close a Position because of difficulties you may be having with our Trading Platform, you will immediately telephone our Dealing Desk on 61 2 9709 8186/+00 0 0000 0000 to place the trade or close the Position.
