Domestic Assistance. If during the Operative Time the Insured Person sustains an Accident resulting in Bodily Injury which within two years is the sole and independent cause of Disablement for which Benefit 2 3 or 4 is claimed the Insurer will pay necessary expenses incurred to employ the services of a chauffeur domestic help or other similar service provider necessitated as a direct result of the Insured Person’s disablement up to £100 per week to a maximum £10,000 any one Insured Person. Executor Expenses If during the Operative Time the Insured Person sustains an Accident resulting in Bodily Injury which within two years is the sole and independent cause of Death the Insurer will pay the necessary costs incurred as a direct consequence of the Death requiring immediate payment by the executor to the estate of the Insured Person whilst the administration is being arranged up to a maximum of £2,000 any one Insured Person.

  • Outplacement Assistance 14.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the one-year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to $100,000.
