Division II. Continuing Education (CE) for maintenance employees will not exceed $100.00 per class or seminar without written approval of their supervisor. CE is limited to two (2) classes or seminars per year (July 1 – June 30). Maintenance employees are to coordinate their CE in advance with their supervisor if it is to be taken during scheduled work time.

Division II. Any work needing to be performed during downtime will be performed by the proper craft by seniority in the team that would normally perform the work. If less than a full complement of the team is required, the work will first be offered in seniority order to employees in the team capable of doing the work. In the event the seniority employee is not desirous of the work, then the work will be assigned to the youngest seniority employee provided he/she has at least one (1) year's seniority and is capable of performing the work. If additional labor is needed beyond the team, the work will first be offered to employees in the department on the same basis as the team, then plant-wide.
Division II. Any and all other property of every kind and nature from time to time hereafter, by delivery or by writing of any kind, conveyed, pledged, assigned or transferred as and for additional security hereunder by the County or by anyone on its behalf to the Escrow Agent for the benefit of the Contract TDT Bonds. DIVISION III All right, title and interest in and to the Government Obligations described in Schedule C attached hereto, and made a part hereof, and any Substituted Securities (as defined herein) pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof, together with the income and earnings thereon. DIVISION IV All property which is by the express provisions of this Agreement required to be subject to the pledge hereof and any additional property that may, from time to time hereafter, by delivery or by writing of any kind, by the County or by anyone on its behalf, be subject to the pledge hereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the Escrow Fund (as such term is hereinafter defined), including all additional property which by the terms hereof has or may become subject to the encumbrances of this Agreement, unto the Escrow Agent, and its successors and assigns, forever in escrow, however, for the benefit and security of the holders from time to time of the Contract TDT Bonds, but if the principal of, Redemption Price, and interest on the Contract TDT Bonds shall be fully and promptly paid when due, prior to and upon the maturity or redemption thereof, in accordance with the terms thereof, then this Agreement shall be and become void and of no further force and effect (other than the transfer of all excess moneys to the County pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof); otherwise the same shall remain in full force and effect, and upon the Escrow Fund and subject to the covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • New Hire Orientation The Union’s Business Representative or designee shall be given the opportunity to make a membership presentation at the employer’s regularly scheduled new employee orientation sessions.

  • New Hires All newly-hired employees will be eligible to join the benefit plans and the calendar time waiting period will apply equally to all. The prorata percentage for new hires will be based on the schedule of work for which these employees are hired. This percentage will be revised, if necessary, once the employee has worked a full predetermined six (6) month period. The only exception to this calculation will be an employee who successfully bids or otherwise obtains a seventy-five (75) hour bi-weekly position. In this instance an employee who qualifies will immediately receive entitlement of one hundred percent (100%) of the Employer’s paid share of premiums and benefits, and holiday pay.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Division of Option This Agreement (and the Option granted hereby) are exchangeable, without expense, at the option of Holder, upon presentation and surrender of this Agreement at the principal office of Issuer for other Agreements providing for Options of different denominations entitling the holder thereof to purchase in the aggregate the same number of shares of Issuer Common Stock purchasable hereunder. The terms "Agreement" and "Option" as used herein include any other Agreements and related Options for which this Agreement (and the Option granted hereby) may be exchanged. Upon receipt by Issuer of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Agreement, and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of reasonably satisfactory indemnification, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Agreement, if mutilated, Issuer will execute and deliver a new Agreement of like tenor and date. Any such new Agreement executed and delivered shall constitute an additional contractual obligation on the part of Issuer, whether or not the Agreement so lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated shall at any time be enforceable by anyone.

  • Multiple Measures of Student Learning Measures must include a combination of classroom, school and district assessments, student growth percentiles on state assessments, if state assessments are available, and student MEPA gain scores. This definition may be revised as required by regulations or agreement of the parties upon issuance of ESE guidance expected by July 2012.
