Distribution and Printing of Agreement. ‌ The negotiated Agreement shall be updated and codified each year by the parties. After the parties have mutually agreed to cost and content, the BEA shall make all necessary arrangements for printing. Copies shall be printed in reduced size and distributed to members of the bargaining unit, administrators, and Board members. Also, both the BEA and the Board will each receive twenty (20) additional copies. The cost of such printing will be shared equally by the Board and the BEA.
