Common use of Dismissal or Suspension Grievance Clause in Contracts

Dismissal or Suspension Grievance. In the case of a grievance arising from an employee's dismissal or suspension, pursuant to clause the grievance may commence at Step of the grievance procedure under clause within working days of the date on which the suspension occurred or the employee received notice of dismissal or notice of suspension.
