However, it is envisaged that the Company, may, upon Completion, enter into service contracts with nominees of the Vendors to be appointed to the Board. As such arrangements have not been firmed up as at the date of this announcement, the details of such arrangements (if any) will be disclosed in the circular to be despatched to the shareholders in due course in connection with the Proposed Acquisition.
