Common use of DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the Acquisition, the Purchase Agreement or any other transaction contemplated in relation to the Acquisition.

DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the proposed Acquisition, the Option Agreement, the Sale and Purchase Agreement or any other transaction contemplated in relation to the Acquisition.

DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the Acquisition, the Purchase Agreement Sale or any other transaction transactions contemplated in relation to the AcquisitionSale.
