DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS. Upon joining a membership, you will be charged a pro-rata fee. A pro-rata fee is the payment for centre usage between joining and the date of the first direct debit. This fee must be paid at the time of the sale. Direct Debits will be processed fortnightly (or the next business day), with all payments made one fortnight in advance. Where the due date does not fall on a business day, we will draw the amount on the next business day. Refer to Section 2: Direct Debit Request Service Agreement for debiting terms and conditions.

DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS. Upon joining a member will be levied a fee for the fortnights pro rata membership fee plus any applicable start up fees. The fees must be paid at the time of the sale. DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS. All direct debit memberships with Hot Yoga Oxenford are subject to strict expiration dates that are strongly upheld. Only after your mandatory contractual period may you proceed with the termination process. If you choose to terminate your commitment to the contract, for any reason, prior to completing this mandatory period you will incur a $250 early termination fee and you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining debt owing on the contract. Any early termination requests due to medical conditions or injury must be supported by relevant medical documentation from a medical practitioner (e.g. GP, specialist, etc.).

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.
