Direct Appointment to Rehire a Temporary Employee. An employee may be directly appointed into a temporary position within 1 year of termination of their previous Bannock County assignment. The employee may be restored to their previous grade and step if they are restored to a position with similar duties as their prior position.

  • Fixed Term Appointment (a) An employee and an employer may agree that the employment of the employee will end:
