DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 8.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction within the Gwich’in Settlement Area in relation to:
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 18.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to the provision of Child and Family Services for Gwich’in within the Gwich’in Settlement Area.
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 14.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to Adult Education and Training of Gwich’in within the Gwich’in Settlement Area, subject to Government certification requirements where applicable.
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 10.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to out of school programs and services for Gwich’in Children within the Gwich’in Settlement Area who, at the beginning of the school year, have reached the age of five years and are not older than 18 years, including:
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 12.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to post- secondary education within the Gwich’in Settlement Area to:
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 13.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to the provision of Student Support Services for Gwich’in Citizens by the Dinjii Zhuu Government.
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 19.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to adoption of Gwich’in Children in the Gwich’in Settlement Area and the Northwest Territories.
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 20.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction over Gwich’in Citizens ordinarily resident within the Gwich’in Settlement Area who are of the age of majority, in relation to guardianship and trusteeship, including:
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 21.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government shall have Jurisdiction in relation to the solemnization of marriage of Gwich’in Citizens in the Gwich’in Settlement Area, including prescribing conditions under which individuals appointed by the Dinjii Zhuu Government may solemnize marriages.
DINJII ZHUU GOVERNMENT JURISDICTION. 24.1.1 The Dinjii Zhuu Government may exercise the rights, powers and capacities of a DGO set out in the GCLCA in order to promote or participate in economic development.
