Development of the Properties. (i) Enhancement of Value of the Properties. Manager shall use reasonable efforts to protect and enhance the value of the Properties. Such efforts shall include, but not be limited to, efforts to obtain the release of any encumbrances on the Properties at the expense of Centex Homes, to ensure that all utilities are available to the Properties (including making arrangements for the granting of all necessary easements), to obtain favorable changes in zoning and land use regulations and, if appropriate, to cause the Properties to be properly platted in the records of appropriate governmental authorities and to obtain map approval from such authorities.

Development of the Properties. The Subsidiary Borrowers shall reasonably execute, and carry out, with respect to the Collateral Oil and Gas Properties the then current planned development as is reflected in the most current Operating Budget in the effort to timely and efficiently convert Proved Undeveloped Reserves and Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves to Proved Developed Producing Reserves.

Related to Development of the Properties

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES Seller shall comply with all the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.
