Current operating budget definition
Current operating budget means the budget for the calen- dar or fiscal year during which an application is submitted, includ- ing all sources and amounts of revenue and all actual and planned expenditures.
Current operating budget means estimated operating expenditures (including personnel costs for authorized strength) and revenues to be incurred for a specific calendar year;
Current operating budget means the operating budget of the Acquired Corporations for fiscal year 2009, as provided to Parent prior to the date of the Agreement.
