Developer Infrastructure Improvements. (a) Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall complete the improvements shown in Exhibit C1 and described in Exhibit C2 as part of its completion of the Project (the “Developer Infrastructure Improvements”). The Developer Infrastructure Improvements shall be completed in a good and workmanlike manner and shall comply at the time of completion with all applicable laws. The plans and specifications for the Developer Infrastructure Improvements shall be subject to the review and approval of the City in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Developer must also obtain all other approvals required by the Norfolk City Code and other applicable laws and regulations for the Developer Infrastructure Improvements. Developer must provide the City with payment and performance bonds each in the amount of the general construction contract for the Project in form and substance acceptable to the City; As part of the Developer Infrastructure Improvements, Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall construct sidewalk improvements at the Project in accordance with Developer’s Proposal and consistent with the specifications set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof. In the absence of such specifications in Exhibit D, such improvements shall be made in accordance with the City’s standard specifications for sidewalks. Developer shall provide a surety bond to the City for completion of the sidewalks in accordance with the City’s standard requirements.

Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

No part of this instrument shall entitle the cooperator to any share or interest in the project other than the right to use and enjoy the same under the existing regulations of the Forest Service.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS Concessionaire shall not affix, alter, or erect any permanent or temporary equipment, structures, buildings, or additions to the Concession Premises without first obtaining the prior written approval of Department.
