Designation of Scheduling Coordinator. Seller may designate a scheduling coordinator for the Project, and may instruct the scheduling coordinator to request to dispatch the Project as frequently and at the highest level of production consistent with applicable MISO rules.

Designation of Scheduling Coordinator. At least ninety (90) days before the beginning of the Test Period Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Buyer all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer, or Third-Party SC, as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, and Buyer or Third-Party SC, as applicable, shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Seller or CAISO all documents necessary to become and act as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator. If Buyer designates a Third-Party SC, then Buyer shall give Seller Notice of such designation at least ten (10) Business Days before the Third-Party SC assumes Scheduling Coordinator duties hereunder, and Seller shall be entitled to rely on such designation until it is revoked or a new Third-Party SC is appointed by Buyer upon similar Notice. Buyer shall be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of Third-Party SC and for all cost, charges and liabilities incurred by Third-Party SC to the same extent that Buyer would be responsible under this Agreement for such acts, omissions, costs, charges and liabilities if taken, omitted or incurred by Buyer directly. Seller shall not authorize or designate any other party to act as Scheduling Coordinator, nor shall Seller perform, for its own benefit, the duties of Scheduling Coordinator during the Test Period and Delivery Term.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge The CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge for each Unit shall be the product of $0.31 and the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month.

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Allocation of Responsibility 6.1 For the purposes of this Schedule 8 responsibility for each minute of delay included in Minutes Delay, each Third Party Train Cancellation, each Diversion, each Failure to Stop and each Planned Service Cancellation shall be allocated according to the responsibility for the incident which caused such Minutes Delay, Third Party Train Cancellation, Diversion, Failure to Stop or Planned Service Cancellation as established in accordance with the following provisions of this paragraph 6.

  • Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.

  • Designation of Representative The Director of Public Works or the Director’s authorized representative is hereby designated as the City’s representative with respect to the work to be performed under this Agreement. Said representative shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define the City’s policies and decisions with respect to the services of the Consultant.
