Replacement of Scheduling Coordinator. (A) At least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Delivery Term, or as soon as practicable before the date of any termination of this Agreement prior to the end of the Delivery Term, Seller shall take all actions necessary to terminate the designation of Buyer or the Third-Party SC, as applicable, as Seller’s SC. These actions include (I) submitting to the CAISO a designation of a new SC for Seller to replace Buyer or the Third-Party SC (as applicable); (II) causing the newly-designated SC to submit a letter to the CAISO accepting the designation; and (III) informing Buyer and the Third-Party SC (if applicable) of the last date on which Buyer or the Third-Party SC (as applicable) will be Seller’s SC.

Replacement of Scheduling Coordinator. At least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the Facility Term, or as soon as practicable before the date of any termination of this Power Purchase Agreement prior to the end of the Facility Term, Seller shall take all actions necessary to terminate the designation of SCE as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator. These actions include, but shall not be limited to:
Replacement of Scheduling Coordinator. If Buyer should desire during the Delivery Term to replace Seller (or its designee) as the Facility Scheduling Coordinator, then the Parties agree to cooperate in good faith to endeavor to determine the necessary amendments to this Agreement consistent with the provisions hereof to enable Buyer to become the Facility Scheduling Coordinator and, once mutually agreed, to effectuate such substitution.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.
