Designation of Representative definition

Designation of Representative means the designation of a representative made by the Agreement Holders pursuant to Section 3 of the Regulations and filed with the Registrar in accordance with this Agreement. (f) “Representative” means the representative of the Agreement Holders appointed pursuant to a Designation of Representative.

Examples of Designation of Representative in a sentence

  • If respondent’s attorney indicates that he/she represents the non-management witness, a signed Designation of Representative form should be completed by respondent’s attorney memorializing that he/she represents the non-management witness.
