DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES REQUIRED. The following Typical Works Orders are anticipated to be executed during the duration of the contract. • Upgrades and refurbishments at existing Urban Waste Management Facilities, e.g. Drop Offs, Material Recovery Facilities, Landfill Sites, Depots, Office buildings, etc. • Additions, alterations, refurbishments of infrastructure at Drop Offs, Material Recovery Facilities, Landfill Sites, which amongst others include; o Gantry Cranes, o Weighbridges, o Generators, o Leachate plant and o Landfill gas infrastructure and beneficiation systems. • New Drop Offs with associated infrastructure. • New Material Recovery Facilities. • New Landfill Gas Infrastructure and beneficiation systems. • Investigations and assessments e.g. geotechnical, topographical, heritage, environmental, building, etc.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations.
