Normal Services are those which are described in Appendix 1, and which the Consultant is obliged to perform under this Agreement.

Normal Services. The service provider must include the project manager, district manager, district engineer as well other Departments that will be impacted by the planned works and all PMT attendees in all correspondence and meeting invitations for all phases of work for all projects under the normal services.

Normal Services. Normal property management does not include monthly or quarterly inspections; representation at court hearings or depositions; homeowner meetings; providing on-site management, property sales, or preparing Property for sale; supervising and coordinating modernization, rehabilitation, fire or major damage restoration projects; obtaining income tax, accounting or legal advice; advising on proposed new construction; debt collection, counseling, legal proceedings, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ payment management, Home Warranty repair coordination, or insurance-related paperwork and estimates.

Normal Services. The provision of all services described in Clauses 3.2.1 to 3.2.6 (inclusive) of Board Notice 138 of 2015: Guideline Scope of Services and Tariff of Fees for Persons Registered in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No 46 of 2000), published in Government Gazette No 39480, 4 December 2015, as amended or amplified upon in the project brief below. The costs of all stages (item No. 1.1: C2.2 Schedule of Rates) will be based on actual hours at the applicable tendered rates, which shall be backed up by approved time sheets.

Normal Services. 3.01 The Client hereby appoints the Consultant and the Consultant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide the Services in connection with the mutually agreed Client’s scope of requirements based upon the terms of this Agreement and that agreed final Schedule of Services. 3.02 The Consultant shall provide perform and discharge the Services described in the memorandum of agreement, where used, or the Schedule of Services enclosed within the proposal document or subsequent amendments to the same, constituting the final Schedule of Services 3.03 The Consultant does not include for any allowance for the attendance at meetings beyond the allowance specified in their fee proposal. Where such additional meetings/attendance is requested or instructed, these shall be charged in accordance with Clause 12.05 here-in, and shall also include appropriate charges for the travel time and fair and reasonable expenses.
