Dental Insurance and Vision Insurance. A. During the term of this Agreement the Board shall continue the current dental insurance program for all members of the bargaining unit electing such coverage who have a minimum of twenty (20) scheduled hours of work per week for their normally scheduled work year. The Board shall pay 90 percent of the cost of the unitary rate of such dental insurance program. Payment of such insurance costs by members of the bargaining unit shall be by payroll deduction based on the schedule distributed annually by the Board treasurer.

Dental Insurance and Vision Insurance. The board shall maintain, for teachers, a dental insurance plan for a twelve (12) month period. The board shall pay up to the following amounts for Dental insurance per month. Single Plan - $32.00 Employee and Child(ren) Plan- $82.00 Employee and Spouse Plan - $63.00 Family Plan - $125.00 The board shall maintain, for teachers, a vision plan for a twelve (12) month period. The board shall pay up to the following amounts for Vision insurance per month. Single Plan - $7.30 Family - $10.75.

  • Dental Insurance The State agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the employee premium of a dental insurance program for full-time employees. The benefit levels of this program shall provide one hundred percent (100%) coverage for preventive care and eighty percent (80%) coverage for general service care. The State agrees to provide payroll deduction for dental insurance, provided such arrangements are agreed to by the insurance carrier. Dependent coverage will be available provided there is sufficient employee participation in the dental insurance program. Dependent coverage will be at the employees' expense.

  • Dental and Vision Insurance The Agency shall continue dental and vision plans that permit dependent coverage. The Agency shall continue to pay the premium for dental and vision coverage for the employee only. Dependent coverage shall be paid by the employee.

  • Vision Insurance The County will provide and pay all the premiums necessary for WCIF VSP vision insurance.

  • Medical and Dental Insurance The Company shall pay Employee’s monthly Medical and Dental Insurance premiums in association with Company provided health insurance plans.

  • Income Protection Insurance The Employer shall provide Income Protection Insurance through an ETU nominated policy and scheme. It is agreed that the premium will be collected and administered by the “Protect” Severance Scheme at the same time as severance payments are made. Income protection will be paid for the employees and will be paid for all periods of authorised absence and cannot be on a pro-rata basis. It is agreed the Income Protection Insurance payments are paid on a monthly basis by the 14th day of each month. It is agreed that if the Employer has not made a valid or current insurance payment to “Protect”, the Employer shall be liable for any loss of earnings or benefits that would have otherwise been given to the employee. It is the intention of NECA and the ETU to seek a lower premium. The premium rates and level of cover shall not exceed the amounts set out in the final column of the table above. The insurance benefits contained in this Policy will not be reduced during the life of this Agreement.
